In a fun and exciting environment, at SUNARA DOG TRAINING we take you through all the steps you need to show your dog like a professional in the ring.  You'll learn the skills you need to:

• Stack your dog
• Stand to let a judge examine your dog
• Walk /run and navigate you way around the ring
• Show your dog in the best possible way

The pedigree of a registered dog can show three, four, or sometimes five generations of his or her family. It is both a history of accomplishments as well as genetic traits.  In Conformation Titles the following abbreviations appear as a prefix before a dog's name:


AM CH. - American Champion
AOM - Award of Merit
BIF/BOF - Best in Futurity or Best of Opposite Sex in Futurity at one of the nine US regional specialties
Brim/BOM - Best in Maturity or Best of Opposite Sex in Maturity at one of the nine US regional specialties
BIS - All breed Best in Show winner
BOB - Best of Breed
CAN CH - Canadian Champion
GCH - Grand Champion
GV - Grand Victor (Dog) / Grand Victrix (Bitch) awarded at the German Shepherd Dog Club Assn (GSDCA)
INT CH - International Champion
MEX CH - Mexican Champion
MV - Maturity Victor / Victrix (Bitch) at US national specialty
SEL - Select rating awarded at the German Shepherd Dog Club Assn (GSDCA)
